Daily Duties at Pacific Sports, Llc:
Direct and manage all aspects of race production for the Buffalo Run, Catalina Marathon, Newport Beach Triathlon, Cleveland Triathlon, Los Angeles Triathlon, Long Beach Triathlon, Catalina Island Triathlon, & the Rose Bowl Half Marathon: -Secure all necessary permits with municipalities and event venues -Recruit and manage contractors, crew, and volunteers for all events -Create and execute event production schedules -Financial management – budgeting and invoicing -Contract drafting and negotiation -Coordinate event planning meetings with key internal groups -Oversee sponsorship activation and assist in sponsorship acquisition -Assist in the creation and management of the annual marketing plan. Focus on direct, online, and grassroots marketing strategies -Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
