1999 - May 2007 - IOC East/Verizon Sales - Inside Sales Representative - Responsible for direct sales, post sales account retention, and account penetration activities, in particular, focusing on developing and sustaining orders with value under, but not limited to $100K. Consistently achieved and passed set goal of $850K in orders per quarter; maintained pertinent customer and business opportunity information via Salesforce.com; maintained an accurate sales forecast using forecasting tools (Salesforce.com/Lynx); developed and maintained strong customer relationships in the operating regions in which Siemens product embedded base existed. Included travel to customer site meetings, product workshops, tradeshow events, and association meetings. 1997 -1999 - Sales Administration - Sales Administrator - Order processing for eastern IOC market, nationwide for OCC/CLEC and international market. Included writing internal shipping orders, preparing customer contract offers etc. Maintained account management for Transmission product line. Received award for superior customer support for helping a customer obtain a quality award; Information Security Associate for department; included PC audits, after hour workstation reviews, and security awareness; Tradeshow and state association showcase liaison. 1993 -1997 - Customer Service - Customer Support Assistant - Worked call center for technical engineers, entered call reports, distributed calls for engineers and customer support representatives (CSR); Supported CSR’s - travel arrangements, meeting schedules, key indicator reports, etc; account management for Transmission product line - Bell and Independent operating companies, Government, international and military offices. Tasks included order processing, providing material and price quotes, expediting material, and single point of contact for problem resolution. 1986-1993 - Material Service Center - Data Clerk; responsible for Order Management for installation personnel in the field; data entry of all installation material requests, filing and other clerical duties; material problem management/resolution for field personnel.
