Daily Duties at Superior Technical Resources:

Responsible for Maintenance Entitlement, involvement being building and maintaining maintenance contracts for third party vendors. Resolve billing issues and disputes; Order entry into SAP for Resale/minor material orders submitted through Salesforce.com by Inside Sales; Customer and Vendor Master administration; researching companies through Dun & Bradstreet and setting up accounts for business/vendor use.
