Daily Duties at Vertis Inc, Formerly American Color Graphics:

 Serve as strategic partner on the customer service team for 3rd largest national printing company with 10 locations located in the United States and Canada.  Directly responsible for coordinating the production of printed materials for multiple customers.  Serving as customer liaison through partnership with various inter-company departments, i.e. scheduling, digital pre-press, production, bindery, shipping, etc.  Conferred with customers throughout production, keeping them informed of the status of the job, soliciting and resolving inquiries and complaints, obtaining approval of materials; such as artwork, color separations, ink samples and proofs.  Serve as voice of customer while maintaining fine balance of acting in the customer’s best interest, serving as a liaison and advocate while simultaneously protecting the company’s interest.
