Created strategy for CIO to enhance roles as OMB Center of Excellence. Identified 50 government-wide services to provide as fee-for-service. Established service offerings, product lines, pricing structures, deployment strategies. - Program Manager for DEA Enterprise Architecture. Led with 65 DEA senior executives to create IT Strategic Plan. Developed To Be Enterprise Architecture. Established corporate IT governance procedures, risk assessment/monitoring tools. Provided visibility/control over IT project investments. - Project Manager for FBI Business Architecture. Re-designed critical processes for post 9-11 transformation. Interviewed 20 senior executives to identify key issues/challenges. Built base-line business architecture/metadata model. Established procedures to evaluate FBI-wide IT investments on basis of cost/benefit.
