Daily Duties at Accenture:
- Program Manager on FBI SENTINEL (under sub-contract to Lockheed Martin). Responsible for all aspects of Organization Change Management (training for software deployment to 32,000 users across 75 field offices, workforce transformation, process re-engineering, FBI-wide program communications). SENTINEL was $305 million re-systemization of FBI aging case-management system. SAIC attempt to upgrade FBI system under previous Virtual Case File (VCF) program failed. SENTINEL was to fix VCF failure. Congressional/GAO oversight implemented to monitor progress. Recruited, certified, trained, led staff of 50 from 6 companies. Ensured FBI needs were addressed. Established user advisory group (current/former Special Agents) to provide functionality feedback, field training. Earned praise for approach, turned-around broad program failure expectations. Captured Phase 1 lessons learned. Re-wrote Phase 2 strategy. Built winning Phase 2 proposal. - Project Manager for Airfield Operations segment of $10 million reorganization of Commander of Naval Installations. Reorganized installations to achieve maximum operating cost savings. Developed Human Capital Strategy (reductions in force, technology insertion, process improvement). Identified $20 million in staff-mix/efficiency savings. Built Performance Management model and SOA prototype.
