HR Generalist - Consistently counsel supervisors to facilitate effective employee relations and management of FMLA and leave procedures. • Reviewed annual performance documents with managers to ensure appropriate and fair assessment of employees. • Support training and development initiatives by leading e-learning program and creating training module to support employee self-service initiative. • Coordinator of recognition program focusing on company strategies to achieve results. Facilitated management training on recognition and served as primary contact for administering program. • Leader of employee teams supporting employee satisfaction initiatives such as activities, volunteering, and wellness resulting in greater work/life balance and employee engagement.
