Staffing Specialist - Partnered with hiring supervisors to meet staffing goals and support new business using comprehensive recruiting strategy to create candidate pool for high-volume positions. • Key member of pilot Flexible Workforce initiative, rolling out part-time work schedules and part-time benefits in field locations. Created new recruiting marketing items and sourcing action plan to grow the pool of part-time candidates. • Implemented new applicant tracking procedure to ensure compliance with OFCCP and AAP plans. Included supervisor education and communication on use of applicant tracking system. • Sourced candidates by creating and maintaining relationships with area colleges. • Maintained applicant tracking system and offer process to ensure timely and accurate on-boarding procedure and accurate tracking of metrics. • Leader of Diversity initiative focusing on recruiting a diverse workforce and employee inclusion. • Met business unit training goals by providing required management development training and delivering local courses in harassment prevention, performance management, and policies and procedures.
