Performed levels II and I support for NT 4.0 and Win 95 O/S's, and company's multimedia delivery software. This resulted in the saving of $40,800 in potential lost earning due to the lack of customer service. Mentored personnel with the company’s software to facilitate the company’s technical support expansion. Created software and training manuals. Recognized by CTO for handling of tasks, which led to promotion and additional responsibilities. Maintained LAN, servers, and Internet web site. Migrated office email system from MSMail to MS Exchange and built a gateway between Exchange and cc:Mail services. Implemented and managed disaster recovery plan. This saved the company $53,000 in consultant fees, and lost productivity. Analyzed new technologies to be added to enhance company's software. Technologies included IP multicast and VPN's. Tested software between RAD cycles, including functional, regression, load and stress testing. This saved the company $100,000 in potential lost sales, and missing functionality Taught software to companies clients on site. A typical course was two days and covered all aspects of software capability, technology, How-to’s and troubleshooting. This resulted in direct revenue of approximately $20,000.
