Daily Duties at Volt Services:
Performed network and groupware administration, troubleshooting of network infrastructure, TCP/IP Network Protocol. Network: Netware 6/Linux, Workstations: NT 4, Windows 2000, XP Groupware: GroupWise 6. Engage in level II operating system, and application support similar to earlier positions. Responsible for keeping client software patched and up to date, and for ongoing development of in-house software package developed in VB.net (using OLAP, ADO), Oracle. • Responsible for $20,000 savings of development costs, by developing software in-house.
