Daily Duties at Procuri:

• Managed implementations of Procuri’s TotalSpend spend analytics software, with budgets ranging from $80K to $200K • Managed project scope, statement of work, requirements, and implementation activities • Managed communication plan, risk mitigation plan, and issues log for implementation projects • Managed data collection and spend data classification process for spend analytics implementation, including ERP source data mapping, collection and ETL processing of data files, and classification of spend data to the UNSPSC taxonomy • Delivered training to clients on TotalSpend functionality, Cognos reporting, and system administration as part of the implementation process • Managed in-house and outsourced development resources on client-funded custom development projects • Documented business system requirements for customizations to Procuri software products • Managed project plans to track resources and time allocations for multiple project workstreams • Managed partner and subcontractor relationships on client engagements • Assist Sales with TotalSpend demos to prospective customers
