Daily Duties at Procuri:

• Manages a team of 2 Project Managers and 3 Implementation Analysts to ensure successful implementations of Procuri’s TotalSpend spend analysis software • Advises team members during all phases of the implementation, including project planning, requirements gathering, scope management, execution, and training • Manages team resources to meet client timelines and project deliverables • Manages executive-level client relationships and customer issues through clear communication, setting expectations, active listening, and superior customer service • Escalates critical customer issues to executive level management when appropriate • Participates in daily operational issues such as invoicing, time tracking, expense approval, and budget tracking (both departmental and project budgets) • Provides mentoring and coaching of TotalSpend implementation team members, as well as written performance evaluations • Develops TotalSpend collateral, implementation materials, and training materials • Educates Procuri service partners and other internal Procuri groups about Procuri’s TotalSpend software • Works closely with product development in collecting requirements for product enhancements and in prioritizing features for product releases • Assists Sales with customer calls, demos for prospective clients, pricing estimates, and statements of work for spend analysis implementations • Assists Marketing in responding to RFPs regarding Procuri’s TotalSpend solution
