Drafted communications and assisted in gathering information for other Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Stock Exchange filings. Interfaced with transfer agents and brokers. • Drafted agendas and related communications for board and committee meetings. Coordinated arrangements for board, committee and annual stockholder meetings. • Administered director and officer tax-deferred compensation exchange plan for 20+ participants. • Assisted in intellectual property searches and filings, working with inside and outside counsel, and filing offices.
