Represent subrogation interests of insurers in large property claims involving construction defects, fires, defective products, and professional negligence. Coordinate expert and factual investigations. Manage high-volume multi-jurisdictional plaintiff’s civil litigation practice in state and federal courts in several western states. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters. Pursue alternative dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.
