Daily Duties at Construction :

· Supported five Construction Managers and seven Project Managers that focused on construction management primarily for financial institutions and health care facilities. · Responsible for typing all forms including contracts for the various types of projects. · Responsible for entering all change orders into Timberline accounting system under limited supervision, which allowed for great latitude for independent judgment. · Performed highly confidential administrative and secretarial duties. · Acted as a liaison between executives and other company executives, clients and outside organizations. · Dealt with the Architects regarding plans and specifications for a variety of projects. Client Relations: primarily responsible for client warranty matters. · Acted as the principle liaison between the client and the subcontractor ensuring warranty work was scheduled and completed in a timely, efficient, and correct manner. · Published and distributed a weekly client relations report to senior management.
