Daily Duties at Aventis Behring:
Responsible for clinical production and operational efficiencies, stragegic planning, staff selection, training and scheduling, customer service, management of IS systems and EHR, regulatory compliance, quality control, operating within the limits of the center finances, and shipping products within regulations. Responsible for all human resource and payroll activities. Supervision of 100+ direct reports to include Physicians. Counseled patients on reactive test results.
