Daily Duties at Lydian Trust/ Virtual Bank:
Assisted in the development and establishment of entire deposit and loan process to internet based clientele. Sales and Service of Home Equity Lines of Credit, Credit Cards, Auto Loan Products and Deposit Account Products. High application environment, ability to handle one thousand plus applications in a one month time frame. Manage the on going sales process with all accounts in a leadership fashion, develop relationships at all levels in the account, respond to and anticipate account needs and customer satisfaction. Serve as team leader/coach in order to develop and motivate a qualified team required to achieve objectives in a call center environment. Execute open communication to improve front line employee knowledge of products, competition and customer benefiting behaviors. Communicate daily with clientele, propose and implement products in order to meet each client's financial needs. Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, organize and self monitor workload. Highest monthly accomplishment closed 312 auto loan products generating over $5 million dollar volume for the bank
