Proactively maintain and strengthen business relationships. Performed initial contact with mortgage broker to determine needs and qualifications. Exceeded at developing and maintaining broker relationships. Direct broker approval process providing all necessary direction to the broker while advising the mortgage brokers and internal broker approval department. Provided approved brokers with current rate sheets/underwriting guidelines, education for broker as to pricing/program requirements, submission/documentation and approval criteria. Review and analyze loans prior to submission. Monitor pipeline. Act as liaison between broker and internal staff. Provide sales and technical training/support to brokers. Multiple weekly seminars to new and existing brokers presenting Mortgage Bankers unique programs. Review and determine broker activity is in sync with Mortgage Bankers appetite. Involved with the implementation of the launch of a new website providing feedback to the website administrator. Create standards for pipeline reporting and broker approval status. Set expectation with brokers for desired results to meet Mortgage Bankers performance standards. Discussed current trends of the market with brokers and internal management. Highest monthly accomplishment closed 45 loans resulting in $12 million dollar volume for the Mortgage Banker.
