Daily Duties at Gulfstream Management Group:
Provided interim financial and operational management services to clients including Metrica Corporation and Broadstar Holdings LLLP. Developed daily accounting, taxes, insurance, business analysis, budget and forecast functions. Supervised accounting staff and created financial and human resource procedures during client business growth. Managed cash flow and communicated financial analysis, status and recommendations to client Board of Directors. • Initiated and implemented all accounting and billing systems and respective procedures for multi-location Metrica Corporation. • Spearheaded facility roll-out plan for 3 separate locations that generated $25K additional monthly revenue and reduced expenses by $50K per month for Metrica Corp. • Analyzed financial history, developed 5-year financial forecast and recommended debt restructuring and expense reduction programs for Broadstar Holdings, LLLP to eventually develop investor sale to eliminate $50M in future cash infusions.
