Managed 10 production employees. Coordinated production schedules, vendor contract negotiation, and budgeting. Developed Microsoft Access product number database. Collaborated on ISO 9000 cross-functional team responsible for writing descriptions for each production position. Key Achievements Promoted to Operations Manager in 1994. Promoted to Laboratory Manager in 1993. Implemented quality control system for raw materials.
