Daily Duties at Csaa :

Managed employees and workflow, submitted business processes and system requirement information to interested parties in a timely manner; coordinated cycle counts, kept detailed records of computer related items deployed or otherwise; and interfaced daily with business partners, managers, and warehouse union staff. • Supplied information and Infrastructure equipment, laptops, desktops printers to West Coast CSAA regions consisting of over 30 sites and home offices. • Received, processed, troubleshot, and redistributed PCs that were returned from field offices and contract users. • Maintained all database administration concerning shipping, receiving, and tracking of computer equipment using PeopleSoft, Peregrine, Remedy, and Excel. • Coordinated workflow and scheduled inventory cycle count of consumables/non-consumable items by working with the Asset Management team and creating detailed Excel reports. • Managed three employees and created training manuals for job specific functions for cross training and workflow processes.
