Daily Duties at Meridian Systems:
Supported and licensed Prolog application and worked closely with developers to understand service packages and hot fixes. Stayed current with new Read Me files and upgrade requirements. Understood system and hardware requirements and networked environments. • Troubleshot Prolog application, SQL databases, firewalls, and network environments issues via email, Live Meeting, and Citrix connections. • Researched outstanding issues by searching knowledge databases and communicate solutions to clients. • Worked with Development and Sales team to improve workflow matrix to assist customers quicker. • Validated, documented, and prioritized enhancement requests by submitting requests to development team. • Created internal and external knowledge base content and images by analyzing previous customer calls. • Provided technical systems and software support modification, implementation, and conversion of business systems. • Provided phone support in a call center environment and troubleshot hardware and software related issues. • Acted as a liaison between business unit and software, hardware developers and vendors.
