Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Ensured that methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes for both IT applications and IT infrastructure changes. Minimized the impact of all range of changes, insure high quality of execution and visibility and improve overall operations. Understood technical areas such as application development, infrastructure requirements, and impact to Dev, QA, and Production servers. Enforced change management policy and procedures. • Integral part of the change management process for TWC the industry leader in developing and launching innovative video, data, and voice services. • Implemented change management practices, processes, performance measurements and tools to improve change management operations. • Expanded the change management process to include all departments and sites as well as mandated changes to all TWC and TWCBC. • Managed and track change request information using Remedy, Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Excel activity logs. • Provided training to IS/IT staff for the change management process in relation to business practices and SOX governance regulations.
