Facilitated project related issues and recommend solutions. • Led and directed the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives. • Produced documentation and communication materials to implement the processes and drive change in the organization • Identified potential conditions that contribute to gaps or key variances; explores complex relationships between conditions and effects; distinguishes causes from symptoms and identifies primary causes. • Provided technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
