Daily Duties at Ethox Corp, Buffalo, Ny:
Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to develop and operationalize a production line in China for Medical Device parts. In charge of engineering programs in terms of overall Medical Devices design, development, testing, and business considerations such as schedule and budget. Design and analyze new product concepts for testing feasibility to market acceptance, including creating working models, building quality and cost effectiveness into your designs, and using analytical and design software programs such as Pro-Engineer and SolidWorks. Prepared technical proposals, performs design and performance analyses, and travels as required to coordinate new product development and troubleshooting efforts with the customer or supplier. • Performed site visits in China, supplementing survey and as-built information. • Worked closely with clients and suppliers throughout design and approval process, ensuring project requirements were consistently satisfied. • Prepared man hour estimates for perspective projects. • Developed a Medical Device parts production line and Medical Device assembly line in China, Zhong Guo. • Negotiated with medical device parts suppliers in China. • Enabled 20% decrease in cost of overall production by lower manufacturing cost, material cost and labors cost.

Mechanical Engineer
I graduate from a reputable university in Mechanical Engineering and have years experience in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management for the last four years, working with other Mechanical, Manufacturing, Design and Quality Control Engineers with the tasks and responsibilities focusing on researching, developing, designing, and testing mechanical devices like pipes, valves, heat exchangers etc; working on developing both low cost and high performance fluidic control devices and medical devices (see my resume for detail). Inevitably, a well-trained and professional Mechanical Engineer is highly needed to the growth and integrity of any Dept. I believe I am the one who has the skill set and the experience you’re looking for.
Problems that I had overcome:
