Legal secretary for a corporate law firm that specializes in commercial real estate, construction, employment, creditors' rights, trust and estates, health care and litigation. Assists attorneys all areas, which includes digital dictation, billing, filing, appointments and document revisions. Also responsible for relieving receptionist for front desk coverage during breaks, lunch and when she is off. Perform other administrative duties as directed, including assisting HR director when requested.
