* Order Management Lead – gathered requirements, wrote design specifications / business process diagrams, tested functionality, and implemented solutions * Designed and setup Order Management Application using flex fields, profile options, quick codes, validation sets, transaction types, OM defaulting rules, order notes, shipping tolerances, shipping parameters, and freight carriers * Managed sales orders and inventory transactions via shipping transactions form and transact move order form * Worked with Advanced Pricing module to apply discounts and surcharges to sales order lines * Designed and implemented Order Management workflows to handle credit checks with credit application * Managed internal requisition and internal sales order process via Purchasing and Order Management * Trained business users to maintain the Oracle AR customer master in a multi-org environment * Created and maintained Oracle Quality Plans for Order Management and Manufacturing * Designed and supported custom transportation freight system, which calculated freight charges and placed price adjustments on Order Management sales order line at time of shipment * Designed and supported warehouse management system – receiving, shipping, order allocation, picking, put-a-way, inventory reporting, and material movements * Designed interfaces between a warehouse management system and Oracle 11i OM, Purchasing, and Inventory * Implemented transportation management system, which dispatched company fleet, performed trip analysis, prioritized loads, and assigned drivers * Assisted with conference room pilot and user acceptance testing for an eAM implementation * Designed inventory flows through inventory organizations and subinventories in a multi-org environment * Reconciled inventory material transactions, pending shipping transactions, and costing transactions within Oracle to ensure transactional integrity for month-end closings * Supported purchase order creation, receipts in Oracle Purchasing and payment matching in Oracle AP * Worked with Oracle Support via Metalink to create and resolve SR’s * Supported manufacturing item creation and discrete job creation processes * Created ad hoc queries for orders, invoices, shipping transactions, purchasing receipts, payables receipts, freight calculations, customer master, customer prices, on-hand inventories, and inventory transactions in Oracle 11i * Developed and implemented conversion routines for customers, prices, and warehouse inventories during implementations * Developed and enhanced PL/SQL stored packages, procedures, stored database objects, and Unix shell scripts * Conducted maintenance on Oracle Forms and Reports 6.0
