* Managed project team, project schedule, issue log and project status documents * Lead issue resolution discussions and design sessions with client * Designed and implemented a multi-org solution to an existing Oracle environment to include a new business group, two sets of books, legal entity, operating unit, and inventory organizations * Assisted with Accounts Receivable setup to include payment terms, transaction types, auto accounting, transaction sources, receipt classes, payment methods, receivable activities, banks, and system options * Performed Purchasing setups to include purchasing options, system options, approval groups, approval assignments, buyers, approved supplier lists, HR jobs, HR positions, HR organizations, and HR assignments * Performed accounts payable setups to include payables options, financial options, tax codes, reporting entities, payment formats, banks, aging periods, quick codes, document sequences, and profile options * Created BR100 documentation for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order Management, and Inventory * Entered, released, and shipped sales orders using Order Management and Shipping * Resolved setup issues between Order Management and Accounts Receivable auto-invoice interface * Setup General Ledger security rules and account code combinations * Designed customer conversion strategy using Oracle’s TCA architecture * Performed system administration functions to modify profile options, functions, menus, responsibilities, and value sets * Assisted with inventory organization and organization parameter setup * Designed and implemented a raw materials warehousing solution using stock locators * Worked with client to design bill of materials and backflush process for a manufacturing plant * Assisted with item design to include, item structure, templates, categories, and attributes * Provided client assessment as an outside consultant for a configure-to-order process * Designed, documented, and implemented training strategy for Order Management, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, and Inventory * Supported Accounts Payable invoice creation, invoice matching, and expense report creation processes
