Provided executive support to Executive Director and Directors including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar via Outlook, travel arrangements using internal corporate website, catering and expense reports Assisted employees with HR-related inquiries including vacation, pension and short-term disability Assisted employees with time reporting questions and payroll issues Ordered all equipment for 500+ organization including hardware/software, office supplies, cell and desk phones, pagers and remote access Proofread white papers and various writing projects for Executive Director Managed incoming calls for Executive Director as well as other executives and assistants in the building Created PowerPoint presentations for meetings and group events Organized group events such as team builds and inter-office events Processed contractor and cell phone invoices Maintained filing of personnel files.  Won highest award for administrative excellence.
