Daily Duties at Fleet Bank:

Responsible for the outsourced Facility Management Team of a portfolio of corporate owned and leased facilities throughout Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut (106 sites, 1.5 million sq. ft.). Primary role was maximizing the value of assets through effective operational and fiscal management. Reviewed, approved and managed annual operating and capital budgets. Consulted with Leasing and Investment Sales teams to retain, market or dispose of locations. Direct liaison to various city and county officials to retain fluent community business related operations.
