Consultant to the CFO of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) throughout the eminent domain acquisition of 60 parcels of land slated for the new Massachusetts Convention Center (“MCCA”), South Boston. Developed and maintained annual budgets and financial re-forecasts as parcels were continuously acquired by the BRA and turned over to the MCCA. Assessed and implemented over 60 “Use and Occupancy” charges for varying business and office use upon acquisition. Developed collection practices for all Use and Occupancy charges resulting in less than 5% over 30 days due; exceeded BRA projection of “zero dollars” receivable.
