Daily Duties at Boston Properties:

Financial and operational responsibility to a REIT portfolio totaling 3 million plus sf of Class A High Rise (111 Huntington Avenue, 101 Huntington Avenue and, 800 Boylston Street). Developed and reported on five operating budgets, with shared and dedicated expenses that were in excess of $51 million. Provided quarterly variance reports and presented re-forecast projections to Executive Management as well as perform all CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliations, on an accrual (GAAP) basis.
