Daily Duties at Hubbell Plastics, Inc.:
• Managed the operation of 38 thermoplastic molding machines (50 to 550 ton). • Supervised 29 employees in the Custom Plastics Division including one lead mold technician, mold specialists, quality assurance inspectors, press operators, assemblers and material handlers. • Initiated a fact-finding program to improve the accuracy of production and scrap reporting procedures. • Organized all the product specification information that reduced time for setting new job orders. • Initiated a program to improve the communications between manufacturing, production control and the tool room.
