• Supervised 20 employees in the converting and finishing departments. • Managed plant and equipment mechanics, fork truck drivers, machine operators, finished product packers, bundlers, gluers and box stitch operators within the corrugated industry. Manager, Shipping and Receiving Operations 1992 – 1995 • Supervised three forklift drivers and one yard jockey. • Scheduled the loading of all trucks for direct shipment to customers, receipts for each order shipped and traffic manifests. • Performance of these duties in addition to the responsibilities in manufacturing.
