Daily Duties at Seitz, Inc.:
• Managed the operation of 42 thermoplastic molding machines (90 to 500 ton). • Supervised 25 employees including, lead mold technician, mold specialists, quality assurance inspector, press operators, assemblers, material handlers and grinder operators. • Managed plant operations and security on the second shift. • Organized all the material drying specifications into a format for easy reference. • Assumed all responsibilities for the training of material handlers on the three shifts. • Reassessed and upgraded the grinding department and the materials’ blending operations.
