Daily Duties at Dealer Specialties :

As a District Manager, I served as the single point of contact for 150 Automobile Dealership accounts thru out North Carolina. This position builds and maintains excellent relationships with the Owner, /General Managers, Used car Managers and Internet Sales Managers at each Dealership. Communicate and convey information to all levels of employees including local and senior management. Create and implement a leading edge market strategy, including short and long term goals, that meets or exceeds company expectations. NORTH CAROLINA SALES MANAGER Responsibilities included but not limited to training, coaching, and managing of 15 highly motivated route/ service representatives. Working with individual rep’s to implement time management, self- motivated environment for productive results. By Planning and implementing weekly revenue quotas for each reps market to exceed 20% over budgeted revenue with a very competitive Payroll and Bonus plan that where based on productivity. Successfully managed, and turned around unprofitable accounts by utilizing .Strong operations management to exceeded revenue growth by 135%
