Daily Duties at Department Of Homeland Security/Tsa:

Responsible for supervising officers and control all screening activities. Ensure effective, Efficient, vigilant and courteous screening while ensuring that all-screening equipment is properly used. A broad range of managerial and administrative responsibilities include: • Establish work schedules and allocate work hours to meet service requirements. • Analyze various operating factors and make recommendations for efficiency improvements. • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations mandated by congress. • Perform service and safety talks on a daily basis. • Maintain all confidential employee and operational records.
