Daily Duties at Citynet:
Project planning and management. Provision internet and data grade T1/T3 circuits covering the state of West Virginia. Process all entering and exiting number ports, directory listings and e911 covering the state of West Virginia. Process all escalation and LEC tickets for trouble and port “pushes”. Process all address validation and loop qualifications for the state of West Virginia. Staff training and development ongoing for all staff
