Initiated and implemented Total Quality Management of Large Distribution Center, resulting in all personnel becoming more focused on the plan-of-action, more promotable and having higher morale and better attitudes. Taught electronics (logistics) handling procedures to subordinates. Managed $1.5M training contract, saving over $100K and earning Master Training Specialist certificate. Managed Distribution Center of 390 personnel directing operations, maintenance, training, purchasing, human resource programs, public affairs, security and safety to the satisfaction of superiors. Managed large warehouse, supervised staff, scheduled and tracked completion of work, forecast completion dates and P & L budget, resulting in warehouse being managed efficiently with no personnel mishaps and within budget.
