Successfully implemented first two phases of project before accepting new position. • Project implementation resulted in staff reduction of 43% in System Control area • Developed reports using Crystal Reports and Business Objects, which eliminated manual preparation time of roughly 10 days work per month per staff member Systems Control Accounting Manager (1996-1998) Managed a team of 4 direct and 15 indirect reports responsible for review and analysis of gas marketing margin transactions, including pipelines, plants, gathering, and imbalances of the marketing department. Developed an automated process to fax pipeline sales invoices for 600+ customers. Responsible for department budget.
