Daily Duties at Wichita State University:
• Provide Program Services (lesson plans, activities, workshops, etc.) • Recruit, Hire, Interview, partipcate in Trainings and the Training of new staff on program policy procedures, Staff Scheduling, and Supervise work performance • Accounting responsibility for Non-Profit organization with a $218,500 regional program budget. Oversee monthly expenses, and account receivables /payables, as well as adjust annual budget for various expense accounts for State Program Director. • Responsible for implementing college-access educational programs, policies, procedures • Maintain electronic database, physical files, regional website, all calendared events • 2 years experience in higher education program management, and 5+ years experience Partnering with local School Districts; 3 years experience in HR; 5+ years in Recruitment • Fulfill Grant expectations by preparing & submitting Various Program Reports and correspondence for Program State Director and Department of Education. • Program Liaison between program and other community businesses/partners; Provide program presentations to community partners, organizations, etc. • Possess Project Management skills by coordinating all regional activities & events for Sedgwick County families, students, partnerships, etc.
