Daily Duties at Polestar Construction:

Responsibilities included processing payroll, supervision and management of 35 to 50 employees and sub-contractors, ordering all materials, verified materials on shipment arrival, prepared and maintained project budgets and timelines, processed Change Orders, implemented, monitored and enforced daily Punch Lists, inspected all finished work and units with Project Mangers per project requirements. Professionally met personal and project deadlines and conducted on-going meetings with Project Managers, Owners and Fire Officials for inspections. Created and maintained realistic sequential timelines, prepared estimating budgets, inspected all finished work and units with Project Manager for turning units over and handled disputed payments or back charges, on behalf of the Owners.
