Daily Duties at Coast To Coast General Contracting:
Primary responsibilities include: issuing bids, awarding bids, coordinating all work flow in an organized productive manner while communicating with owners to ensure production satisfaction, conducting and enforcing high-standard safety meetings and general weekly meetings with sub-contractors, walking projects with inspectors, and on-going communication with City Inspection Officials in the tri-county area, working with engineers and property management to ensure job is done to the highest standard, controlling work crew of 10 to 50 workers, keeping detailed daily logs, ordering materials and planning future orders to flow in a productive manner.
