Daily Duties at University Of Central Florida:
• Initially employed to back-up and provide administrative support for student academic advisors • Effectively assisted with advisory staffing needs, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, strategic planning, and day-of-event coordination • Instrumental in communicating with adjunct advisors as well as directing faculty and students to appropriate sources of academic materials • Expertise and demonstrated skills in maintaining communication with key business contacts • Promoted to oversee and supervise new trainees • Successful in establishing rapport between top level management, co-workers, and faculty
