• Consulted with clients and businesses on matters regarding financial/wealth management, retirement planning, investing, group benefits, and insurance • Created and executed business development strategies to attract and acquire new clients, while servicing existing accounts • Established and continually reviewed short/long-term marketing and strategic plans in order to measure business success, track strengths and weaknesses, and increase productivity • Successfully identified and penetrated unique markets to expand business operations • Facilitated sales presentations, and conducted market research to ensure maximum sales performance as well as compliance with company procedures and standards • Implemented various financial strategies designed to help clients and businesses attain their short and long-term goals
