Director of eLearning and Netseminars Led eLearning product development, account management, and webinar product operations (including P&L and sales collateral) following acquisition of TechOnline. Directed Netseminar and eLearning event production, including the marketing and project management functions. • Tripled product contribution margin and generated ~ $2.7M in revenues (from production of ~ 300 live webinars) while ensuring seamless post-acquisition incorporation of TechOnline into UBM; migrated all clients onto UBM system while relying on TechOnline processes / team. • Bolstered revenues ~ 10% and generated opportunities for additional business by overseeing 2 major accounts; surpassed customer expectations for service and the delivery of cross-functional / international projects. • Maintained client revenues and maximized retention by increasing eLearning end user traffic 20% through product enhancements.
