Developed and maintained site specific programs for numerous clients across various industries that led to reductions of worker’s compensation claims and brought companies into compliance. Managed compliance with the general duty clause when no specific standards existed. Performed safety and environmental audits, as well as a wide variety of safety trainings. Led Safety Committees and Emergency Response Team meetings focused on reducing workplace injury. Tested and monitored environmental pollutants such as noise, particulate dust, welding fumes, carbon monoxide, and lead. Ensured employees were trained in the use of proper personal protective equipment as required for health and safety.
