Daily Duties at General Medical Group:

Responsible for answering phones faxing, creating marketing flyers for one office building and sublease space. Monitoring the operations of the clinics and a several staff members. Creating and implementing new processes and procedures for the company. Keeping track of employee vacation, time off in the office calendar, as well as updating and monitoring employee’s time schedule. Ordering office supplies and medical equipment. Contacting contractors, submitting bids of projects, overseeing the operations of the office
