Daily Duties at Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute:

• Lead and trained all new critical reagents group members in the conjugation, biotinylation, data reduction and process for the immunodiagnostic group. • Responsible for protein Conjugation of critical reagents used for all chemiluminescent NID assays, both automated and manual. Conjugation was both with biotin and acridinium and included product purification, qualification, release, R&D and troubleshooting of all immuno diagnostic kits. • Responsible for testing and release of all final components used in manufacturing. Each product lot and all assays were manufactured into diagnostics kits and sold to work in the Nichols Advantage Instrument. All procedures were done under cGMP and ISO guidelines following FDA regulations. • Routine Analysis, Reagent Preparation, Data Reduction, Equipment Maintenance Calibration, Quality Assurance, Troubleshooting and Development, Inventory Control
