Daily Duties at Candle Corporation:

Responsible for many RFIs and RFPs, providing customers with solutions to using and applying Candle products. Senior Architect with Candle's Pre-Sales, Enterprise Application Integration and Middleware Consultancy. Job entailed working heavily with customer architects and mentoring them in IBM and Candle middleware products. Security for systems was applied at the System level with RACF for Mainframem UNIX and Windows user security, MQSeries EXIT level security, and Candle Roma custom Application level encryption. Applied experience in all tiers of systems and networking software integration, with particular emphasis on enterprise application architecture and integration, data security, asynchronous and synchronous EDI, CRM, ERP, Middleware solutions, software engineering, and component/object-oriented solutions. My expertise covers a wide range of technologies, including: • CANDLE, NextEstate ("IGENCARD.COM") Senior Architect, Project Manager • Small CRM Project. Managed 6 people, used the RUP/UML process, Performed a P.O.C test utilizing Candle & IBM middleware integration suits. Designed Created and presented initial MQSeries, PKI/RSA Secure, WebSphere Portal 4.1, centric design concepts that were accepted by the customer. Configured, Implemented and Administered a new Web Site featuring WebSphere 3.5 Advanced, for the front end. Performed EDI Credit approval and client tracking. Customer data was maintained in a DB2 Connect database. Candles eBP (Roma) product was used to control transactions over MQSeries, LDAP, Roma, J2EE to Total Systems. Total Systems approved and issued credit cards that parents can buy for minors to use for "on-line" purchases. Estimated 2 Mil Contract. • CANDLE, EDS of North Carolina Senior Architect, Project Manager • Present EDS and the State of North Carolina with a secure methodology for use of IBM MQ Series and Candle products to exchange healthcare related documents, securely, which was accepted and implemented. Utilized the P.O.C method of testing the solution before applying the solution to the production management of documents. Designed Developed and Implemented an EDI based secure business services solution-using ROMA, MQSeries, LDAP, Roma using SNA and TCP/IP connectivity. Designed an enterprise Health initiative to present state health clients secured services to state held data. MQSecure by Candle was offered to provide MQSeries PKI level security for MQSeries communications. MQSecure was presented as the answer to HIPPA (Health claim status - 276, 277). OS Solaris, NT
